Our Origins

From Hillside
to Your Cup

We pick every cherry by hand at peak ripeness. When a roaster pays a fair price and tells the story, we can invest in the next generation.
Abebe Girma
Abebe Girma
Fourth-generation farmer, Yirgacheffe Co-op

Brew travels to origin twice a year, cupping alongside farmers before buying. No brokers, no middlemen — just direct relationships that benefit both the grower and your morning ritual. Every bag is stamped with the farm name, harvest date and cupping score.
